She Is

She is ready to emerge, and her time is now. | She Is - Christa Fontaine The Integrated Alchemist

So, Who is she?

She is a powerhouse.

A creative soul.

Born to serve and express the medicine that only she has access to.

She is intuitive, empathetic, and a natural leader.

She’s had her fair share of hardships, heartaches, and dark hours.

She’s been broken open, but has never broke.

She has the strength, and the responsibility to feel and reverse generations of unhealthy patterns and conditioning. She knew from a very young age that she was different.

She’s questioned at times if she belongs here, in this body, on this planet, at this time, but has always felt supported, in ways that she can’t quite describe.

She has purpose, and drive, and she’s ready to let her light truly shine.

She is on the path to reclaiming her power, so that she may share and serve from a grounded, fulsome, and whole place.

She is a force to be reckoned with

She is ready to emerge, and her time is now.

She’s been feeling the pull.

The nudges are becoming more and more obvious.

Signs are everywhere.

She hears the call back, and it’s getting louder.

She can’t quite pinpoint it, but it’s like a calling that just won’t quit.

She’s explored several modalities, both western and holistic, all of which have been valuable and influential, but she’s ready to do things a little bit differently.

She wants to explore parts of herself that she’s not had the safety or support to access before.

She is ready to go all in.

She doesn’t know exactly what needs to change, but knows that there are some big shifts in store for her.

Where would she start?

How will she keep herself accountable?

Where will the answers come from?

What does she have to do?

When will the cloudiness turn into clarity?

Here’s the thing about her:

She doesn’t doubt for a second that she has the capacity for greatness.

But something's got to give.

She can’t keep going along in the same way anymore.

It’s like she’s has blinders on that she just can’t seem to get rid of.

She is tired of the same old routines.

It’s not working, and she’s frustrated by her own self limiting patterns.

She feels Stagnant. Unclear. Stuck. Blocked.

“There must be another way” She says,

“I know that I am meant to be free”

and to that I respond,

“You’re absolutely right. Tis’ the season to take flight.”

So, Who is she, You ask?

She is you. And She is me, too.
